General Info

Yaletown Cafe Tagaytay sits comfortably on the West 2nd Floor along Aguinaldo Highway, making it an easy stop whether you’re exploring Tagaytay or simply looking for a laid-back cafe with a relaxed vibe. From the moment you step inside, the space feels inviting-casual enough for quick coffee runs, yet cozy enough to linger during dinner or dessert time.

As a cafe, the menu strikes a balance between comforting classics and indulgent treats. Coffee lovers often gravitate toward the Caramel Macchiato, which comes across as smooth and satisfying without being overly sweet. If you’re in the mood for something earthy and calming, the Matcha Latte delivers that familiar warmth that pairs well with quiet conversations or solo downtime. These drinks fit naturally into the cafe atmosphere, making them popular choices for dine-in guests.

Dessert plays a big role here, and the Blueberry Cheesecake stands out for good reason. Creamy, rich, and balanced with just the right amount of fruitiness, it’s the kind of dessert that feels rewarding without being heavy. Many reviews highlight how well it complements the drinks, turning a simple coffee break into a full experience. Whether you’re stopping by after dinner or planning a dessert-focused visit, this part of the menu rarely disappoints.

On the savory side, Yaletown Cafe Tagaytay leans into crowd-pleasing favorites. The Pepperoni Classic offers familiar flavors that work well for dinner, especially when you want something filling but uncomplicated. Meanwhile, the Pesto Margherita brings a fresher, herb-forward option that still feels comforting. These dishes make the cafe more than just a coffee spot, expanding its appeal to those looking for a casual dinner location.

Practical details also matter, and this cafe covers the basics well. Dine-in service is available, the place is suitable for dinner and dessert outings, and having a toilet on-site adds convenience for longer stays. Credit cards are accepted, which is always a plus for travelers and locals alike. Altogether, the location, menu variety, and consistent service create a dependable cafe experience that fits naturally into Tagaytay’s dining scene.

What customers say?

“ Absolute gem! Staff are SUPER friendly and courteous. Food was served fast so was the drinks. We ordered dinner, appetizer and 2 sets of cocktails and margaritas. All of them we enjoyed because the ambience was superb! Will definitely be back with friends. ”

“ We first tried Yaletown Cafe when we were looking for a cafe that’s open until past midnight in Tagaytay. I only order hot americano in cafes and my husband is the more adventurous one, so he got their signature coffee. We also ordered their tomato pesto pizza and a slice each of strawberry and caramel cakes. I loooved the pizza, but not so much the cakes. The second time around, we tried their other menu items. We had Salad Cesar, Beef Canelloni Pasta, and Pork Ribs. I liked the salad but the toasted bread was so huge my gums hurt chewing on them. Loved the tomatoes and cheese on the pasta but the ground beef in the cannelloni could use some seasoning and the ribs’ sauce was a bit too sweet for me. The staffs inside the counter weren’t as alert as I was hoping they would be. We love their manager (the guy in light blue) who was always attentive and thoughtful with the customers. What we love most about the cafe is their relaxed ambiance that’s perfect for couple dates or family lunch/dinners. All in all, coffee is so-so, food is hit or miss, but ambience is perfect. ”

“ Food: great Ambiance: great Crew: great Price: great Everything is great about this place. No wonder it’s included on Top 80 best coffee shops in Asia. My kids love the chocolate baterol. I love their best seller hojicha latte (not sure with the spelling).. Carbonara is a bland though, but still good. Love the crispy bacon. And the pizza is good, too. ”

“ White mocha frappe is too sweet for me. Plus points that they have acoustic performer. Cozy Ambiance. The location is perfect, bec. it is along the highway near Ayala Serin. Perfect spot also for Guests in the hotel of Royal Parc Hotel. ”

“ Haven't tried all the options of the menu but what we ordered were nice. The staff and the ambiance was amazing. The staff that took our order patiently helped us in deciding the coffee we will order. They have a really good looking place, spacious, no super loud sounds... well-lit and very cozy. This place is perfect for bonding and playing board games. ”

“ came down here for a coffee run after dinner with the fam. it was very quiet as it was monday midnight already. the place is cozy with the warm lights. coffee is good, it was alright. there are other coffee places that i found better though. i’d still want to come back to try the food :-) they have two comfort rooms. just a feedback about them — maybe because it was nearing closing time already, but the trash cans were both too full like they hadn’t been taken out. the hand dryer was unplugged, too. so the tissues were used up. would be better if there are bidets. the upside is, they’re a good coffee place to go to during the nighttime as they’re open until 4 AM. and the staff are very friendly! ”

“ We had a wonderful dining experience at Yaletown Cafe and Restaurant last Sunday night. The food was exceptional, especially the pizza and pasta, and the cocktails were delightful, especially with the buy-one-take-one promotion. The acoustic band added a pleasant ambiance to the evening, and the attentive and friendly staff made our visit even more enjoyable. The clean and aesthetically pleasing bathrooms were a nice touch. Overall, we were impressed with the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere. We highly recommend Yaletown Cafe and Restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. ”
